This policy covers the F3D website at f3d.co.in and the emails you send us through it.

F3D is an architectural visualisation studio based in Hyderabad, India. We decide how information about visits to this website is used, and we are responsible for it.

Work we carry out for clients is governed by the proposal or agreement for that project, which sets out how project materials are handled.

There are no accounts, sign-ups or data-collection forms on this website.

We do not ask for your name, phone number or project details on the website. Information is processed in three limited ways:

• Visit analytics — pages viewed, device and browser type, referring pages and approximate location, through Google Analytics (Section 03).
• Technical logs — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, kept by our hosting and storage providers to deliver the site securely.
• Your emails — the message and contact details you choose to send when you write to us (Section 07).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not include it in an enquiry.

Google Analytics tells us which pages are visited, so we can improve the site. It is never used for advertising.

• What it measures — page URLs, device and browser information, referral information and approximate location.
• Cookies — first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_*, set only on the public website — never on preview or development copies.
• What it never receives — names, email addresses, project briefs or form contents. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are switched off.

The choice is saved on your device. Clearing site storage resets it; it does not remove data already collected. You can also read Google’s privacy policy or install Google’s browser opt-out add-on.

A few trusted providers help deliver the films and images you see.

• YouTube walkthroughs — embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and loaded only when the video scrolls into view. Once loaded, YouTube may process information under Google’s privacy policy.
• Image storage — project images are delivered from our storage on Amazon Web Services.
• Hosting — our hosting provider serves the website and keeps the technical logs described in Section 02.

Nothing plays until you choose it, and almost nothing is stored on your device.

• Sound — starts only when you tap to play it. The site never uses your microphone or camera.
• Motion — your device’s reduced-motion setting is respected across the site.
• On-device storage — apart from the analytics cookies, the site stores one item: f3d-analytics-opt-out, which remembers your analytics choice.

We use what you send us to reply — and for nothing unrelated.

• Purpose — to respond, discuss a potential project and keep a record of our correspondence.
• Never sold — we do not sell, trade or rent your information, or use it for unrelated marketing.
• Retention — correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the project and our business records.

You retain meaningful control over your personal information.

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for the following:

• Access — what personal information we hold about you and how we have used it.
• Correction — to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
• Erasure — to delete personal information that is no longer needed.
• Withdrawal of consent — at any time, as easily as you gave it.

To exercise any of these rights, write to official@f3d.co.in. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Everything travels over HTTPS, and changes to this policy are published here.

Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting of our Google Analytics property. If this policy changes, the updated version and its effective date appear on this page.
